WebI did the skooma quest line and 5 misc quests. After that the jarl told me that i can buy a house from Avenor(the steward). I have the option to buy the house and I have the gold to buy it(8000G). But if i click the dialog, i can only tell her that i´d rather wait a bit with that decision. Cant find anything on google. Please help!
