A friend who works on German cars told me to keep it in 2nd gear and accelerate from 2,000 rpm to 3,500 rpm over the course of 30 seconds. I've also heard to drive 55mph for 5 mins, 60mph for 5 mins, then 65 mph for 5 mins. I can't seem to find anything on google or this forum.
