WebFrom the airport to the pyramids can take anything up to 1 and half hour maybe 2 hours, depending on traffic. Try and book a friday as the roads in Cairo are a lot quieter. Cairo traffic has to be seen to be believed. When I last went it took me under 50mins to get there (friday)and the time before took around 1hr 20mins (tuesday).
