WebI have found this to be an amazing exercise, especially for CHEST & Conditioning. It's an anabolic movement and it freaking kills ya. The best I was able to do is 300 Navy Seals in 1 hour, translates to about 1 navy seal per 12 seconds. However, If I am just cranking them out, my form starts to dwindle quickly after the 10th navy seal or so.
