ABS adheres well to it, and the tape's own adhesive keeps the layer down on the bed even at 120*C where other bed preps fear to tread. WebDoing a brim because of it but seems like a waste. Brim is for better adhesion, that's different. A purge/prime line, and/or a skirt are to prime the nozzle before the real printing starts. That is why they are there. It's not a waste if they do their job. The skirt is not enough. I don't know how to add a prime line.
